Alisha Carter knows that to help customers, you need a strong team in place to serve them.
“I love developing my team,” she said. “My job is to oversee the operations and customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.”
And, after more than 18 years in banking, Alisha knows that customer service hinges on honesty and integrity.
“At CBTx, banking is about truly building relationships and getting to know your customers by name,” she said. “I care about educating my customers and providing products that will support their needs.”
Alisha has three bachelor’s degrees (accounting, business administration and management with a concentration in human resources) and an Executive MBA from Texas Women’s University.
