Alyssa Dietrich’s favorite part of banking is building meaningful relationships with customers and the community.

“I get to be a part of the moments that matter, and it’s rewarding to know that I can make a real difference and positive impact on someone’s life,” she said. “Banking Texas Style to me is all about building strong relationships and banking with a handshake. It’s banking that’s dependable and always grounded in trust.”

As Market Coordinator for Nacogdoches, Alyssa is passionate about customer growth, relationship building and branch support. She has a strong background in consumer and commercial lending and is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right products to meet their needs.

Alyssa grew up in the hills of the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia and lived in New York during her childhood. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and technical writing.  She serves as the program chair for the Fredonia Rotary Club and is a member of Junior Forum.

Alyssa and her husband, Ryan, have two children, one cat, and one dog.

Fun Facts

What book had the biggest impact on you?

I have been in love with the Lord of the Rings trilogy and have read it every summer for the past 15 years. I’m constantly reminded that even the smallest act of kindness can shape the world.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to own a bakery in London.

Hobbies/favorite leisure time activities:

I love to read, embroider and bake when I have the time, though my two children keep me on my toes.
