About Me

Banking is a family tradition for CBTx mortgage lender Kimberly Henson.

“My grandmother has been in real estate and banking her whole life,” Kimberly said. “When I was a kid, she would always teach me about finance and how real estate worked. That’s where my love began!”

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, Kimberly began her banking career. A few years later, an old college friend introduced her to Banking Texas Style.

At CBTx, Kimberly focuses on using her honesty, compassion and strong communication skills to forge real relationships with the neighbors she serves.

“Our customers are not just a number. We actually have personal connections,” Kimberly said. “Buying a home can be intimidating. It is often the biggest purchase people make. Helping people navigate through the process and seeing the smiles at the closing table is very rewarding.”

Kimberly is a member of the Lewisville and Flower Mound Chambers of Commerce. She is an avid golfer, and her dogs, Boston terrier Kenzie and boxer Scarlet, keep her busy.
