AVP | Branch Manager
Conversation, coffee, connection –Tina Moyers’ approach to banking focuses on forging real relationships and serving the people in her tight-knit community.
“These are just good, home-town folks that rally together!” Tina said. “In the three years I’ve been here, San Augustine has been through a tornado, hurricanes, COVID, and Texas deep freeze. Their service to one another never ceases to amaze me.”
A native of White Oak, Moyers graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing. She owned her own business before moving to the area to be closer to her parents. She has been branch manager in San Augustine for three years, and she enjoys the opportunity to introduce her customers to Banking Texas Style.
“Helping customers strive toward and reach their financial goals is my favorite and most rewarding part of my job,” Tina said. “CBTX still makes customer service, community service, and personal banking a priority. That is becoming more and more rare these days.”
Tina is president of the San Augustine Rotary and also serves as the assistant treasurer, primarily in charge of scholarships and raffle records. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Lufkin and they have two adult children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors, playing games and doing puzzles.
